Technical university students’ readiness for sustainable learning in terms of self-directed learning

The article analyzes the readiness of technical university students for sustainable learning in terms self-oriented based on conducted research data. authors a respondents’ survey, which they studied students’ perception basic indicators. obtained data analysis showed how understand and develop their learning. results work confirm that are ready partially. Despite fact have necessary digital competencies effective participation process, indicate tendency to procrastinate process. noted importance transformative development students, analysed possible lack time management skills problems procrastination, may been contributed by high level stress caused negative effects COVID-19 pandemic unplanned transition online In recent decades, higher education has increasingly focused student self-orientation. Self-oriented is only if capable able not manage own learning, but also take responsibility, realize significance cognitively control A facilitator help learners become fully self-directed learners.
